Returns & Exchange Policy DIGITAL PRODUCTS All digital purchases, such as but not limited to, eBooks or downloads, are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS We accept returns of unused items within 14 days of delivery. Here’s what to know: Items must be unused and in their original packaging, including plastic wrapping. Return shipping costs a not covered by OPIA. We recommend using a trackable method and keeping your receipt, as we are not liable for returned packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If items are returned damaged or in poor condition, we won’t be able to refund you, and we may have to send the item back at your expense. EXCHANGES We don’t offer direct exchanges right now. If you’d like a different item, the best thing to do is return your order and place a new one. If you accidentally send us the wrong item or something that wasn’t purchased from our site, we’ll do our best to notify you, but any reshipping will be at your expense. Shipping Policy PROCESSING TIME Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days after your order is placed. During busy times, such as, but not limited to, launches or holidays, it may take a bit longer. Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking information. SHIPPING METHODS & RATES We currently ship via USPS, UPS, or comparable carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. At this time, we only ship within the U.S.—but we hope to offer international shipping in the future! DELIVERY ESTIMATES Delivery times vary depending on your location, but standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after your order has been shipped. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates, and delays with the carrier are out of our control, especially during peak seasons or bad weather.
