Welcome to The Confessional website (the “Site”), operated by OPIA, LLC (“The Confessional,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site, including all features, content, services, and products available through www.playtheconfessional.com, www.theconfessionalgame.com, www.iheartopia.com, and www.iheartopiastore.com (collectively, the “Sites”). By accessing or using the Sites, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.

All payments are processed securely through our designated payment provider. By submitting payment, you authorize The Confessional (OPIA, LLC) to charge your chosen payment method. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Taxes, shipping, and handling may be added at checkout.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary. You are responsible for providing a valid shipping address. Our return and refund policy is available on the Site and is hereby incorporated into these Terms.

PROMOTIONS

From time to time, we may offer promotions, including discount codes or other promotional incentives (“Offers”). Unless otherwise specified, the following terms apply to all such Offers:

  • Offers are valid for a limited time only and may be modified or canceled at any time, with or without notice.

  • Offers are only valid on products sold directly by The Confessional through playtheconfessional.com or theconfessionalgame.com.

  • Offers do not apply to products sold by third-party sellers or other entities.

  • Offers may be limited to customers located in the United States and subject to applicable laws and availability.

  • Offers do not apply to digital downloads or services unless expressly stated.

  • Offers are limited to one per customer and account, and are non-transferable and not for resale.

  • Each promotional code applies only to qualifying items as specified in the Offer.

  • If a minimum purchase is required, taxes, shipping, handling, and gift wrap charges do not count toward that minimum.

  • Promotional codes must be redeemed in a single transaction and may only apply to items shipped to one address at the same speed.

  • The discount will be allocated proportionally across all eligible promotional items in your order.

  • If items purchased using a promotion are returned, your refund will be the amount paid, subject to our return policy.

  • Promotional codes may not be redeemed for gift cards unless specifically stated as the purpose of the promotion.

  • Violation of any terms related to an Offer will render the Offer null and void.

  • You confirm that the content you submit is your own original work and does not violate the rights, privacy, or intellectual property of any other person or entity.

  • While submissions are collected anonymously, you agree not to include names, identifying details, or any private or confidential information about yourself or others.

  • By submitting content, you grant OPIA, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, publish, edit, adapt, distribute, or otherwise exploit the content in whole or in part, in any format or medium, for any purpose related to The Confessional. This includes but is not limited to use on websites, social media platforms, marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and in connection with The Confessional card game and related products.

  • You understand and agree that you will not receive any payment, royalties, or other compensation for the submitted content or for its use.

  • We reserve the right to refuse, remove, or edit any submission at our sole discretion and without notice.
